Our Story

Mike and Cinder first crossed paths at Long Beach Comic-Con in 2015, where a shared love for the Fallout universe and matching NCR Ranger costumes sparked an instant connection. That encounter led to a strong creative partnership built on mutual respect and a shared drive for craftsmanship.

As they continued collaborating, Cinder passed on advanced techniques in armor building and prop creation, helping refine the detailed metal plate armor sets pictured here. Over time, the partnership evolved into a close working bond, grounded in years of shared experience and complementary skills.

With backgrounds in fabrication, 3D modeling, foamsmithing, and leatherwork, we combine our strengths to create highly realistic, immersive costumes and props. Our work has been featured at conventions, where we’ve competed in and won multiple contests, hosted panels, and served as guest creators and contest judges.

In 2024, the forge has been lit. With the launch of HellfireForge Creations as your foremost, traveling suppliers, we’re once again turning passion into profession ready to craft with more fire, precision, and grit than ever before. Plus, we have a themed van now.
