Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of many Hellfire Forge Creations products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders once they have shipped, except where required by applicable law.

Please carefully review your order, measurements, product details, and shipping information before completing your purchase. Because many of our items are handmade or made to order, we are unable to accept returns simply due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, work with you on a replacement, repair, or other appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
